The perfect baked sweet potato in the oven

Sweet Potatoes
  • 5 Sweet Potatoes (Or however many you want. Its really not that complicated)
Instructions

    Use a fork and puncture a few sweet holes in the sweet potato

    Put into a dutch oven at 400 degrees for 45-60 minutes
  3. 3

    Pull out once internal temperature reaches 205 degrees. The time could very depending on the thickness of the potatoes. I use a digital prop that links to my phone and tells me when its done, but you can also prop it with a thermometer at around 45 minutes.

    Lets rest for a few minutes, cut open and serve.
