- 1Brisket:3LB
- 2Salt & Peper :1amount
- 3Onion, Garlic and Paprika Powder:5Grams
- 4Bone Broth:1Small Box
- 5Cabbage :1Half
- 6Onion:1Whole
- 7Tomato Paste:1OZ
Instructions

Prep Beef
- Cut off the fat
- Cover with Rock Salt and all seasonings
- Let sit in the fridge (3 hours - over night)

Slow Cooker
- Fill bottom of Slow Cooker with Cabbage and Onions (cut thick)
- Add tomato Paste

Sear the Brisket
- Take out of the fridge and let it come to room temperature
- On a hot cast iron sear it for a few minutes on each side

Cook
- Lay the Seared brisket over the onions and cabbage.
- Add the Bone Broth, the Brisket should not be covered just enough to get to the bottom of the brisket
- Let sit in the slow cooker 8-10 hours.

Final Step
- Let it rest for a bit before breaking it apart
- The cabbage and onions make a great topper for a sandwich
- The sauce is also great on top of the sandwich
