Instructions

Shred All Items

Use a food processor to shred. You need to dry out the onion and zucchini with towels

Bake the Veggies

Mix them all together and bake at 300  degrees for about 25 minutes to dry them out a bit.

Egg and Cheese

Add Egg, Cheese and some seasonings. Pepper, Salt, Cumin and mix.

Bake 425 degrees

Bake 5-7 minutes. If using the ceramic pans no oil on the pan.

Wrap and Seal
