3 pillars of health

The Three Pillars of Transformational Health: Physical, Mental, and Spiritual

For a long time, I honestly thought feeling tired and inflamed was just… aging. My parents were deep in the Standard American Diet, dealing with disease after disease, and my own health was slowly following the same path. I didn’t realize how far I had drifted from feeling well until I finally hit a point where I knew something had to change.

That’s when I discovered what I now call the three pillars of transformational health — physical, mental, and spiritual. And once I started working on all three, everything in my life shifted.

Physical Health

This was my starting point. I cleaned up my food intake, increased protein, ditched refined sugar and seed oils, and started repairing my gut. I didn’t realize how inflamed I was until the inflammation started to go away. My energy increased, my digestion improved, and for the first time in years, I wasn’t walking around with that “heavy” feeling.

Mental Health

Once my body started feeling better, I realized how much stress I had been carrying. My mind was always racing. I had normalized tension and overwhelm. Learning to slow down, breathe, and actually allow myself to feel safe was a huge turning point. Healing your mind isn’t about “positive thinking” — it’s about creating an inner environment where your body can actually relax enough to heal.

Spiritual Health

Spiritual health, for me, means connection — not religion. It’s your connection to meaning, intuition, purpose, and your inner truth. When I began tuning into this, my choices became easier, and my habits finally “stuck.” It wasn’t discipline anymore — it was alignment.

True healing requires all three pillars working together.
This is the foundation of my coaching today.
